We’ll then help you create your Thrive Lifestyle Performance Productivity Management Plan that will:

I feel like I’ve won the lottery! I loved beer, I love bread, pasta! I didn’t think I was a sugar addict because I guess I didn’t think of the sugar in beer and the white processed flour. Then I was diagnosed by my doctor with pre-diabetes, and he told me that unless I reduced the high amount of sugar in my diet he would have to put me on meds. It scared me half to death… my dad died young from Stage 2 diabetes.

My doctor pointed out that all that beer was sugar laden and was spiking my blood sugar levels. I tried real hard to radically cut down like my doctor told me too, and change-up my diet but I’d get a few days under my belt and then, you bet, I fell-off the wagon. I looked stuff up on the internet but it didn’t help because it was information but not a plan that I could follow.

Thank god I had the good fortune to meet Izzie at my local health expo. What she said made sense, even though it had a mind part to it to! But I decided to give it a shot.
